BCS Marine develops complete shaft line systems designed to ensure maximum efficiency in power transmission and perfect integration between all components of the propulsion system.

Each solution is engineered according to the characteristics of the vessel and the expected operating conditions, combining engineering expertise, in-house production capabilities and consolidated experience in working with the main Classification Societies.

Propeller Shafts

Manufactured according to project specifications, BCS Marine propeller shafts are designed to ensure correct power transmission and maximum reliability of the entire shaft line.

Thanks to the use of stainless steel, Duplex and Super Duplex steels, and to the possibility of supplying certifications according to the main Classification Societies, our shafts are suitable for applications on yachts, commercial vessels, military units and workboats.

Cast and Welded Brackets

Cast Brackets

Manufactured according to project specifications, BCS Marine cast shaft brackets are designed to ensure correct support of the propeller shaft and to maintain shaft line alignment over time.

Available in P-Bracket and A-Bracket configurations, they are produced in Naval Brass (G-OTS59) or Nickel Aluminium Bronze (NiBrAl) and supplied complete with water-lubricated bearings, bolts and backing plates for quick onboard installation.

Welded Brackets

Manufactured according to project specifications, BCS Marine welded shaft brackets are designed to ensure correct support of the propeller shaft and to maintain shaft line alignment over time.

Available in P-Bracket and A-Bracket configurations, they are developed for structural integration with the hull and manufactured in AISI 316L stainless steel, carbon steel or aluminium alloys. They can be supplied complete with water-lubricated bearings, bolts and accessories to facilitate installation operations.

Welded Bracket
Stern Tube

Stern Tubes

BCS Marine stern tubes are designed to ensure correct support of the propeller shaft, system sealing and the maintenance of shaft line alignment throughout the entire operational life of the vessel.

Available in versions for resin bonding or welding, they are developed according to the construction characteristics of the hull and the specific requirements of the project. Designed for water-lubricated applications, they can be supplied in different dimensional configurations and complete with water-lubricated bearings, flanges, bolts and accessories for quick onboard integration.

Propeller Nut

Propeller Nuts and Fairing Cones

BCS Marine propeller nuts and fairing cones are designed to ensure correct fastening of the propeller to the shaft, guaranteeing a safe and reliable connection even in the most demanding operating conditions.

Manufactured in high-strength marine alloys and machined with high precision, they help preserve the integrity of the connection between shaft and propeller, ensuring long service life and corrosion protection. They can be supplied with or without integrated anode, according to the specific requirements of the system.
